We respect your privacy
We at Fourmeta highly value referrals from our clients and partners. As a token of our appreciation, we have established a referral program that rewards you for referring new clients to our Agency.
Preamble
This Referral Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”, “Agreement”) is part of the legal agreement between FOURMETA LTD, a legal entity incorporated and acted under the Law of England and Wales, company number 13044361 (hereinafter referred to as “Fourmeta”, “Agency”, “We”, “Our”), and you as our counterparty - commercial entity that is a current customer of Fourmeta services (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “yours”), that desires to refer potential clients of our services.
Eligibility
You are eligible for the referral reward when you refer a new client to Fourmeta, provided the new client signs a contract for services.
Referral benefit
For each successful referral, the referrer will receive a reward in the form of a 10% discount on services offered by Fourmeta for the scope of the next Statement of Work or invoice charged to you by Fourmeta.
Conditions for the referral benefit
A referral is considered successful once the referred client signs a contract with a total scope of a minimum of 50 working hours and makes the initial payment for services.
The referral must be acknowledged by the referred client upon signing the contract with the Agency.
Referrals are valid for new clients only, and cannot be claimed for existing clients or ongoing negotiations.
The referrer cannot refer their own company or any associated businesses while offering the Fourmeta services.
Referral process
Submit the referral via email to info@fourmeta.com.
Provide the name, contact details, and a brief description of the referred client’s needs.
We will reach out to the referred client and begin the engagement process.
Once the client signs the contract and makes the initial payment, we will notify you and arrange for your reward.
Limitations
This referral Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Referrals must be submitted prior to the referred client’s engagement with Fourmeta.
The referral reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.
Representations and warranties
You acknowledge that, other than as outlined in this Policy, (i) no promises have been made to you and (ii) by entering this Agreement you are acting solely on your behalf and responsibility, not as the Fourmeta representative, and not relying upon any statement or representation made by or on behalf of the Fourmeta.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as the obligation of the Fourmeta, and all Benefits specified in this Agreement are the Agency's voluntary expression of support and loyalty to you and other customers and may be withdrawn at the Agency’s sole discretion at any time with no liability.
You acknowledge and agree that neither the Agency nor any of its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives or professional advisors will have any liability resulting from the performance of this Agreement, except warranties and transactions, actually executed by the Fourmeta, will have a legal effect.
